Each uncoated tablet contains:
Paracetamol BP - 500 mg
Caffeine anhydrous BP - 50 mg
Phenvlephrine HCL BP - 5 mg
Chlorphenamine Maleate BP - 2mg
Excipient - Q.S

Paracetamol, Caffeine Anhydrous, Phenylephrine HCL and Chlorphenamine maleate Tablets are indicated for relieving pain and fever associated with common cold. Also used to treat headaches, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold or the flu.
Paracetamol, Caffeine Anhydrous, Phenylephrine HCL and Chlorphenamine maleale Tablets contains caffeine. So avoid taking medicines or food containing caffeine like cold drinks, coffee, chocolate, and tea. Also, avoid consumption of alcohol while taking Paracetamol, Caffeine Anhydrous, Phenylephrine HCL and Chlorphenamine maleate Tablets as it might increase drowsiness.
Drug Warnings:
The recommended dose should not exceed or the preparation should not be used for more than 5 days. In the evening the preparation should be used few hours before going to bed. In case when symptoms or disease do not disappear within 5 days, this medicine treatment should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted. Other Paracetamol agents should not be used while this preparation usage. Due to possible vasoconstrictive action of Phenylephrine Hydrochloride the preparation Is carefully used In hyperplasia of the prostate gland, thyroid gland diseases and in patients over 70 years old with cardiovascular diseases.

Phenylephrine Hydrochloride may induce false positive doping tests. It Is necessary to avoid alcohol during the preparation use, because alcohol combined with Paracetamol may cause toxic liver damage. Aiconol Increases Chlorphenamine Maleate sedative effect. Coffee, stong tea and other tonic drinks should not be taken.
In long-term medicine use, development of psychological dependence is possible. Sudden discontinuation of the preparation may cause depression of central nervous system with the occurrence of sleepiness and depression.

Keep your medicine in the original pack until it is time to take it. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the packs. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
