Otilonium bromide belongs to a group of medicines called "spasmolytics". Acts on the muscles of the digestive tract, relieving bowel spasms and regulating excessive motility. Used for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome and other gastrointestinal conditions characterized by painful bowel spasms, distension and motility problems in patients older than 18 years old.
Ondasterone belongs to a group of medicines called serotonin receptor-3 antagonists. Used to help stop the nausea (sick feeling) and vomiting which can occur after medical treatments and operations.
Do not take Otilonium Bromide and Ondansetron Tablets:
If you are allergic to otilonium bromide or any of the ingredients of this medicine.
You are taking apomorphine (used to treat Parkinson's disease).
You have ever had an allergic reaction to ondansetron or any of the ingredients listed toward the end of this leaflet.

You are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding, unless your doctor says it is safe.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Otilonium
Bromide and Ondansetron Tablets:
If you have glaucoma (an eye disease with increased pressure in the eyeball),
If you have an enlarged prostate gland (also known as prostatic hypertrophy),
If you suffer from narrowing of the passage from the stomach into the intestine (pyloric stenosis)
Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility
Otilonium Bromide and Ondansetron Tablets is not right for you if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, unless you have been told by your doctor that it is necessary and that you take it under his/her supervision.
Always take Otilonium Bromide and Ondansetron Tablets exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Swallow each tablet with a drink of water. Do not crush the tablet. If you have trouble swallowing your tablet, please tell your aoctor.
DO NOT take a double dose to make up for a forgotten tablet.
Adults and elderly: take 1 tablet 2 to 3 times daily, according to your doctor's advice. Take your tablets with water, preferably 20 minutes before meals, without
breaking, crusning or chewing tnem
Children: these tablets are not suitable for children.
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Difficult breathing or swallowing, swelling of face, lips, tongue or throat;
Intensive skin itching with red rash and raised bumps.
Headache, A sensation of warmth or flushing, mild stomach cramps, Constipation or diarrhea, Dry mouth, Hiccups.
Tell your doctor immediately if you notice any of the following:
Wheezy' symptoms, Chest pain or tightness of the Chest,
Gastrointestinal disorders like dry mouth, nausea and doaominal pain upper,
Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders like pruritus and erythematic;
Store in a dry place, below 30°C.
Keep medicine out of reach of children.
